Meet the Founder
Zahi Levinsky
I founded Levinsky ARC in 2002 with a vision grounded in Think Different.
My passion for architecture began in childhood—when I designed my first structure long before I knew the term "architect." Even then, I knew exactly what I wanted to become.
Years later, I formalized that passion at the School of Architecture at Robert Gordon University in Scotland, where I graduated in 1998 with a specialization in Mega Structures. For my final thesis project, I designed a national airport for Scotland with a projected capacity of 40 million passengers per year.
Our Design Process
Our firm specializes in the planning and design of public buildings, commercial spaces, office complexes, private residences including luxury homes, high-density housing, urban renewal (TAMA 38), and zoning plans.
From the very first sketch to the realization of the built structure,
I believe in creating architecture that is experiential and emotionally engaging—always tailored to the unique needs of each client.
I believe in bringing added value as a designer while upholding the highest standards of professional integrity.
I believe in open dialogue throughout every stage of the process—from concept to completion.
I believe in distinctive design and in finding creative, effective solutions.
Most of all, I believe that the final result should proudly reflect my clients’ dreams.
I invite you to get in touch—together, we’ll turn vision into reality.
